FullTel and its affiliated companies have been providing dependable and cost effective service to our customers utilizing the most advanced technologies available since 1995. We provide high-speed broadband connectivity, local and long-distance telephone service, colocation, website hosting, network management and consulting solutions to businesses in Oklahoma as well as customers located throughout the United States and more than 40 foreign countries.
Our central office telephone switching equipment is located in our million-dollar facility in the BOK Plaza building in downtown Oklahoma City. This is a Tier 1, World Class data center that houses our equipment as well as the equipment of our customers. Our Telco-grade facility provides the highest level of reliability, redundancy and security, including an equipment friendly state-of-the-art fire suppression system, as well as battery and generator backup for all systems. Our facility is staffed 24-hours a day, 365 days a year and is completely secure with restricted key-card access.
We recently built out a 12 seat disaster recovery facility (which is expandable to 25 seats) adjacent to our data center. In addition to having their data backed up in our data center, by utilizing our disaster recovery facility our customers can be up and running with space for their key employees to work and handle their communications and data processing needs immediately following a disaster that shuts down their regular facility.
All of these services are supported by our friendly and knowledge Customer Service team which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with one simple local telephone call.
